Water Infrastructure Network
The Water Infrastructure Network (WIN) is a coalition of elected officials, drinking water and wastewater service providers, state environmental and health administrators, engineers and environmentalists dedicated to preserving and protecting the health, environmental and economic gains that America's drinking water and wastewater infrastructure provides.
In 2001, WIN's pioneering document titled Water Infrastructure Now was first to describe the growing water infrastructure funding gap in the hundreds of billions of dollars. In the years since they have published several other key reports and worked closely with Clean Water America to educate Capitol Hill. These reports and more can be found on the WIN website.
